Coldest Case by Tom Laird

“Coldest Case” is local author Tom Laird’s latest. Jimmy Parisi, a Chicago cop, tries to solve a “cold case” murder that stumped his late father, also a member of the CPD.  The book is pacey, dialogue-driven, and very evocative of Chicago of the 1980’s and earlier.
